Gallup conducted a survey that had some surprising results.
In 2011, 19% of Americans thought Real Estate was the best long term investment. In 2016, the number moved up to 35%. This is an absolutely huge shift in perception.
"Americans have been much more likely to regain confidence in real estate than in stocks as "the best" long-term place to invest their money." - Gallup
What does this mean for you?
For most people, buying is a good financial decision. Now that attitudes have shifted about the value of real estate, we would expect values to continue to improve.
Very professional and responsible. I’ve worked with Andrew and Kim on my home refinance, 3 rental purchases and family members’ homes, all flawless. They stayed in communications during the entire process, no surprises! Everything went without a hitch including working with the Escrow Company to ensure they had what was needed and on track. Modern technology, best price, great to work with- I have and continue to refer them to others. Can’t say enough!!
